Over the last 6 months our Community Based Rehabilitation initiatives have had some great success stories
25 income generation projects
20 child sponsorship programmes
25 children supported with school enrolment
20 sessions raising disability awareness within schools
20 sessions raising awareness within the community
6 child clubs
8 self help groups .
10 child club special ac+vi+es
5 child fun programs
40 people helped with acquisition of official disability cards.

Kyla and Ken’s Time in Nepal
As part of a year-long journey around the world, Kyla and Ken' spent 6 weeks in Nepal. During this time they met up with Aparna and learnt about some of the WMT sponsored initiatives first hand.

New Year Appeal - Self Reliant Centre, Dental Health (December 2018)
Over the festive season & to start the new year we are running an appeal to support the Self Reliant Centre - a small organisation staffed entirely by Nepalis. One of their current priorities is improving dental health, especially for children.
Any donations can make a huge difference in relieving and preventing suffering. If you would like to find out more please view our appeal letter below or contact us if you would like any more information.
Cheese tasting fundraiser - a delicious way to raise funds (April 2018)
In April 2018 we hosted a fundraising evening of cheese tasting at Dalfor Community Centre. With over 50 people attending and some real generosity we are delighted to report that it was another successful evening for the Trust. A big thank you to everyone that helped, attended and donated.
Trustee meeting - turning wine into funds
After a trustee meeting in Bournville we had a fund raising event with a wine tasting quiz, kindly organised as usual by Martin and Glyn, followed by a buffet supper and band hosted by Mo in Bromsgrove A new departure (unnerving for some) was a drone to photograph the whole event.

Nature Conservation Award
For continuous active contribution, for the past 27 years, towards leadership development of the young generation in environment conservation and generating their interest by organising conservation programs in schools in and around Kathmandu Valley.
